Shipping policy
We currently dispatch online orders from the United Kingdom. Delivery options and the final price are always shown at checkout.
United Kingdom
- Standard delivery: £4.99, estimated 3–5 business days.
- Free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more.
- Express delivery: £6.99, estimated 1–2 business days.
International delivery
International delivery is available to selected destinations. Where available, standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days. Current rates are £14.99 for eligible EU destinations and £23.99 for other eligible international destinations. Availability and the exact charge are confirmed at checkout.
Dispatch and tracking
Delivery estimates begin when your order has been dispatched. We will email you when your order is on its way and include tracking details where the service provides them. Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Address changes and delays
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@lms.clinic; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Carrier delays and customs checks can occasionally affect delivery times.
International duties and taxes
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import duties, taxes or handling fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, these are the customer’s responsibility.
